Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent; 1–3 years of retail/customer-facing experience.
Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets and pricing changes.
Promote store programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label enrollment).
Contribute to development of 30–60–90 day plans with store leadership to support priorities.
Lead staffing and scheduling to meet budgets and financial goals.
Execute plans and adjust as needed to optimize operations and payroll.
Act as Head Coach when overseeing the store including opening/closing and front-end duties.
Communicate goals and assign workload to staff to maximize efficiency.
Monitor progress and adjust to ensure uninterrupted operations and guest service.
