Responsibilities

• Monitor academic progress of student-athletes and coordinate with tutors, Learning Specialists, and faculty.
• Serve as academic coordinator for assigned teams and connect athletes to development resources.
• Communicate progress with coaching staff and other stakeholders through formal channels.
• Navigate NCAA rules and eligibility to support student-athlete goals.
• Promote career, leadership, and academic development opportunities.
• Support or oversee components of academic support programming.
• Represent the academic side in on-campus recruiting operations.
• Maintain relationships with faculty and monitor degree-progress and prerequisites.
