Job Summary/Basic Function

Position coaches play a crucial role in the development ofstudent-athletes. Football is a complex and highly specializedsport, requiring dedicated coaching at each position to ensure thatplayers receive the technical instruction, strategic guidance, andindividualized support needed to perform at the highestlevel.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of coaching experience atthe collegiate level

• Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead, motivate,and mentor players and coaching staff.
• Recruiting Ability : Proven experience in identifying andsecuring top-tier position talent, with strong recruitingconnections.
