• Assists the Head Coach with the development, implementation, and monitoring of the athletic program for the assigned sport.
• Assists the Head Coach with the supervision of participants of the assigned sport during program related activities.
• Serves as a positive role model to the student athletes and represents the Cheltenham School District in a well‑respected manner.
• Demonstrates an ability to work cooperatively and enthusiastically with the entire school community and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
