Job summary

Cheltenham Township School District is seeking a Head Coach for Flag Football for the 2026-2027 school year at Cheltenham High School. The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach in developing and supervising the athletic program while serving as a positive role model for student athletes.

Flag Football - HeadCoach

Reports to: Head Coach and Athletic Director

Job Description
1. The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach with the development, implementation, and monitoring of the athletic program for the assigned sport.
2. Assist the Head Coach with the supervision of participants of the assigned sport during program related activities.
3. The Assistant Coach will serve as a positive role model to the student athletes and represents the Cheltenham School district in a well-respected manner.
4. The Assistant Coach must demonstrate an ability to work cooperatively and enthusiastically with the entire school community and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
