Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree, evidence of coaching success, and a knowledge of NCAA and MIAA rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• At least 1 year coaching experience; Division I/II preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage people.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Ability to recruit highly motivated student-athletes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of MIAA and Division II athletics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach student-athletes under the head coach.
• Recruit academically qualified student-athletes.
• Develop and maintain quality relationships within the community to promote student-athlete well-being.
• Conduct summer camps and clinics, if warranted.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA and MIAA rules.
• Collaborate with medical staff to support athlete health.
