Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related field or equivalent combination of education and training.
• 1–4 years of relevant apparel/fashion design experience.
• Passion for current and emerging design trends and visual culture.
• Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Translate athlete and consumer insights into innovative design solutions.
• Develop concepts from ideation through prototype with development, materials, and testing partners.
• Build and communicate clear design narratives through presentations and visual storytelling.
• Monitor prototype development to ensure design intent is executed with quality and accuracy.
• Stay connected to sport, culture, and trends to inform future product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure feasibility, price points, and timelines.
