Orthopaedic and Fracture Clinic in Southern Minnesota is seeking a fellowship-trained Foot & Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join our private, physician-led practice. The role offers an established referral base, robust surgical infrastructure, and opportunities for partnership and ownership.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for foot and ankle conditions, including sports injuries, fractures, and deformities, with both non-operative and operative treatment options.

Qualifications

• MD degree or equivalent in orthopedic surgery.
• Completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency.
• Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Orthopedic Surgery.
• Board eligible or board certified by ABOS and ABFAS.
• Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Desire to build a long-term career within an independent orthopedic practice.

Responsibilities

• Build a Foot & Ankle practice with an established referral network.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and referring providers.
• Work with experienced orthopedic specialists.
• Have access to established surgical facilities and support.
• Participate in practice decision-making and future growth.
• Pursue a long-term path toward partnership/ownership.
