TruOrtho, PLLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a fellowship-trained foot & ankle orthopedic surgeon to join our private practice focused on supra-subspecialized care and exceptional patient experience.

The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with like-minded specialists, and a pathway toward equity partnership while delivering comprehensive surgical and non-operative care for complex pathology.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Orthopaedic Surgery Residency.
• Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery.
• Board certified or board eligible.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Texas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Alignment with a high-touch boutique subspecialty practice model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Foot & Ankle surgical care in outpatient and operative settings.
• Manage the full spectrum of Foot & Ankle pathology, including trauma, sports injuries, deformity, arthritis and reconstruction.
• Build and expand the Foot & Ankle service line.
• Collaborate closely with referring physicians, therapists, and surgical partners.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute strategically to practice development initiatives.
