Job summary

Middlesex Orthopedic & Spine Associates (MOSA) invites fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeons, or Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgeons, to join their expanding team. The role centers on Old Saybrook and Middletown, CT, within a leading multispecialty practice offering comprehensive musculoskeletal care.

The opportunity includes a base salary with production incentives, a three-year partnership track, relocation assistance, and a signing bonus,

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required with fellowship in Foot & Ankle Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery required/completed.
• ABFAS board certification or eligible; for podiatric candidates DPM with PMSR/RRA.
• Board certified/board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery expected.

Responsibilities

• Practice at MOSA Old Saybrook and Middletown locations.
• Join a multispecialty orthopedic team with supported onboarding and marketing.
