Stryker Corporation is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate in Indianapolis. You will support surgical procedures by ensuring instruments and implants are available for case coverage and educate surgeons, nurses, and OR staff on product use and updates.

You will visit customers in the assigned territory to identify sales opportunities, partner with Sales Representatives to drive growth, and manage inventory levels to meet demand.

This role offers an accelerated development opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Foot and Ankle medical device sales while working directly with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and experienced sales leaders. Unlike traditional Sales Associate positions, candidates will train within the posted territory and must be open to relocation anywhere within the United States upon completion of training based on business needs. As a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate, you will support sales activities within an assigned territory, develop technical product knowledge, and assist in surgical case coverage.
