Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join its Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group in Georgia. The practice comprises four board-certified physicians with mid-level support and a strong educational component.

The position offers a guaranteed salary commensurate with experience plus a 3% annual cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 employee, and a 100% share of practice profits.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship.
• Georgia Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact participation.

Responsibilities

• Join an established orthopedic group of four physicians.
• Provide comprehensive foot and ankle surgical care.
• Precept medical students and residents.
• Adhere to OR block scheduling; Monday–Friday
• 500 Call: 7 days per month, with additional pay for extra call.
