Job summary

Key People is seeking a Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join a regional health system’s established orthopedic group in Georgia. The role offers a guaranteed salary with a 3% cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 employee, plus a 100% shared profits bonus.

The position involves Monday–Friday scheduling with OR blocks, opportunities to precept medical students and residents, and seven days of on-call per month, with additional pay for extra call.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship.
• Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years).
• Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Join an established orthopedic group with three other board-certified physicians.
• Precept medical students and residents.
• Schedule includes Monday–Friday with OR block scheduling; call 7 days/month with additional pay for extra call.
