Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited medical program.
• Completed orthopedic surgery residency and foot/ankle fellowship.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Maryland; board certified; CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the initial evaluation and treatment of patients in assigned areas.
• Performs initial history and physical and documents in the Electronic Medical Record.
• Writes standard orders in accordance with hospital policy.
• Initiates referrals to appropriate departments and community resources.
• Writes progress notes and documents treatment plans for patient care.
