Job summary

Genie Matthews and Associates seeks a Foot & Ankle Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a stabilized practice alongside three board-certified colleagues and mid-level support. Competitive guaranteed salary plus 3% annual cost-of-living adjustment.

The role includes opportunities to precept students and residents, a defined Monday–Friday schedule with OR blocks, and on-site clinic access near the hospital campus. Call is 7 days/month with extra pay for additional call; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopaedic residency.
• Foot and ankle fellowship required.
• Board-certified or board-eligible with board certification within 5 years; GA license or IMLC participation.

Responsibilities

• Precept medical students and residents.
• Work in a three-physician orthopaedic group with mid-level support.
• Mon-Fri schedule with OR block scheduling; assist in total patient care.

Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery Physician

Our Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group is currently seeking a full-time Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet and ankles to join an established practice with three other board-certified orthopedic physicians, including additional support from mid-levels.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 employee
• Bonus:Bonus of 100% shared practice profits
• Schedule:Monday through Friday; with OR block scheduling
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
• Call:Call required 7 days/month, including general ortho; extra pay for extra call

Requirements:

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship
• Required Certifications/Licensures: Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years); Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
