Job summary

We are seeking a Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established Regional Health System Orthopedic Group in Georgia. This full-time role offers a competitive guaranteed salary plus a 3% COLA as a W-2 employee, with a 100% shared practice profits bonus.

You will precept students and residents, and participate in call coverage of 7 days per month with extra pay for additional call. The clinic is within walking distance of the hospital campus and provides 24/7 lounge access, meals, fitness

Qualifications

• Completion of orthopedic residency and fellowship in foot and ankle.
• Board certification or eligibility; must obtain certification within 5 years if eligible.
• Georgia Medical License or IMLC participation is required.

Responsibilities

• Join an established orthopedic group with three other board-certified physicians.
• Provide foot-and-ankle surgical care and clinic responsibilities as scheduled.
• Precept medical students and residents in clinical and OR settings.
• Respond to call 7 days per month, with additional compensation for extra calls.

Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery Physician

Our Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group is currently seeking a full-time Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet and ankles to join an established practice with three other board-certified orthopedic physicians, including additional support from mid-levels.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 employee
• Bonus:Bonus of 100% shared practice profits
• Schedule:Monday through Friday; with OR block scheduling
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
• Call:Call required 7 days/month, including general ortho; extra pay for extra call

Requirements:

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship
• Required Certifications/Licensures: Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years); Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
