Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon for a full-time role within a Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group in Georgia. The position offers a guaranteed salary commensurate with experience and a 3% annual cost‑of‑living adjustment as a W-2 employee, plus a 100% shared practice profits bonus.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship.
• Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years).
• Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• We are not accepting podiatry-trained candidates; must have completed orthopedic residency.
• We are not currently accepting candidates needing visa sponsorship for this specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide foot and ankle surgical care within an established orthopedic group.
• Participate in OR blocks and clinic coverage.
• Precept medical students and residents.
• Call required 7 days/month; extra pay for extra call.
• Collaborate with hospital campus and education center.

Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery Physician

Our Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group is currently seeking a full-time Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet and ankles to join an established practice with three other board-certified orthopedic physicians, including additional support from mid-levels.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 employee
• Bonus:Bonus of 100% shared practice profits
• Schedule:Monday through Friday; with OR block scheduling
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
• Call:Call required 7 days/month, including general ortho; extra pay for extra call
