Tech24 is seeking an experienced Foodservice Technician in Oak Creek, WI. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, steamers, and warmers, delivering professional service on every call.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial foodservice repair experience.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Own industry standard hand tools.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers).
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient equipment operations.

About the Center

Tech24 is looking for an experiencedFoodservice Technician. You will be responsible for diagnosis and troubleshooting of systems, operation, maintenance and repair of all makes and models of commercial food equipment. We can promise a new problem will need to be addressed in every service call. Qualified Applicants will have experience in troubleshooting and/or installing the following items but no limited to: Slicers, Ovens, Steamers, Microwaves, Warmers, Heat Elements, Mixers, Fryers, Grills, Beverage Dispensers, Crescor Toasters

Position Summary

As part of the Tech24 network, our Hot Side Technicians play a critical role in servicing commercial cooking (hot side) equipment. This role is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial kitchen systems while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in solving problems, minimizing customer downtime, and representing the company with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers, etc.)
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe efficient equipment operations
• Accurately document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions in company system

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in varying indoor / outdoor conditions
• Ability to climb ladders, work from heights, and crawl in tight quarters
• Own industry standard hand tools
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Compensation Transparency

The advertised pay range for this position is $30-$45 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, technical certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications. Candidates with advanced expertise in hot-side equipment may be considered toward the higher end of the range.
