Job summary

Austin Grill LLC is seeking a Receiver to join their team at Lincoln University. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient operation of dining services by receiving, inspecting, and inventorying food and supply deliveries.

You will maintain appropriate stock levels and support high-quality food service delivery. Previous experience in a receiving or inventory role, along with knowledge of food safety practices, is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receiving or inventory management role, preferably in foodservice or related industry.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to handle and move heavy boxes and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive and document incoming deliveries.
• Ensure received items meet quality standards and report issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock rotation.
• Properly store items following food safety guidelines.
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate inventory needs with the team.
