Job summary

US1601 Coastal Sunbelt Produce, LLC is hiring a Pick Packer to assemble customer orders by labeling and packing items for shipment. The role focuses on accuracy, speed, and safe handling in a production warehouse environment.

You will set up boxes by distributor, count items per invoice, and organize pallets for dispatch. Strong counting skills, teamwork, and the ability to work both in a group and independently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up boxes by distributor, customer, and item type.
• Maintain organized space for item racks and pick packer to locate items.
• Write count of items in box on shipping label.
• Count all items in boxes per invoice before sending finished cases to dock.
• Organize boxes on pallets per route (up to 34 boxes per pallet).
• Identify and correct count discrepancies and correct items in incorrect boxes.
