Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join its team in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will participate in receiving, stock management, and order fulfillment, ensuring accurate inventories and timely processing.

Qualifications

Previous large food warehouse experience preferred.
Great work ethic.
Able to be exposed to temperature extremes and humidity.
Able to maintain a fast pace and multi-task.
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse.
Receive products coming into the warehouse.
Verify quantity and description of products.
Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
Stock incoming orders.
Maintain accurate physical inventories.
Ensure all distribution and receiving in a timely and orderly manner.
Follow proper receiving procedures.
Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to security procedures.
Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns).
