Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Laborer in Chillicothe, MO to support day-to-day material handling, order picking, and safe movement of food products. The first shift runs 7:00am to 3:30pm.

The ideal candidate values safety, accuracy, and teamwork and can work in a cold warehouse environment while meeting deadlines. Onboarding includes safety training and hands-on warehouse training; PPE is provided, with eligibility for benefits after the waiting period.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Able to work in a cold environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/overtime.
• Strong attention to labeling, sorting, packing.
• Comply with OSHA standards and report hazards.
• Relate respectfully with coworkers and respond to supervisor feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload freight with safe handling.
• Stack and store merchandise to support warehouse flow.
• Pick orders for shipment and assemble items.
• Check freight for accuracy, damage, or infestation; report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
