Compass Group USA is hiring a Food Unit Lead for Pilgrim's Pride in Timberville, VA. The role is open for full-time and part-time schedules, with afternoon hours 2:00 pm–10:00 pm on weekdays, Saturdays as needed. Prior supervisory and culinary experience is required; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees to create a quality dining experience.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverage items per company standards.
• Ensures timely and efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Manages cash handling and daily/weekly/monthly reporting per policy.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
