Qualifications
- Previous food service experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
- Oversees food preparation and service per standards.
- Helps plan menus.
- Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises meals.
- Responds to customer complaints in person and by email.
- Trains staff and coordinates work.
- Determines procedures and prepares staff schedules.
- Uses reports for inventory, payroll, and time-keeping.
- Handles cash per Food Accounting Manual.
- Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
- Directs sanitation and safety of the facility.
- Develops sanitation schedules for kitchen and dining areas.
- Issues written and oral instructions.
- Assists in recruiting and training staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
