Essential Responsibilities

  • Prepares menu items to serve to customers, with consistent and excellent quality
  • Possesses exceptional customer service in serving customers
  • Responsible for prepping and clean-up of food items each shift
  • Responsible for supervising a crew of 1-3 people during a work shift
  • Tasked with keeping the food truck organized, clean, and sanitary at all times
  • Provides continuous focus on safety in all tasks, and with the public
  • Represents brewery and culture in a positive light when dealing with customers
  • Ability to handle cash and payments during shift, closing report at end of shift, and verify accuracy of cash payments and making final deposit in safe
  • May be asked to assist taproom employees with set-up or clean-up of patio area event
  • Demonstrate leadership and teamwork while working respectfully with all team members
  • Communicate clearly while demonstrating willingness to help all team members
  • Provide and manage safe workplace environment for all staff members
  • Provide and manage harassment free workplace of all staff members
  • Protect consumer health with strict adherence to all sanitary and safe food handling mandates and practices
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned

Physical & Mental Requirements

Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. ?Required to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds. ?Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls. ? Must have solid situational awareness in dealing with the public.
