Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) at Fort Irwin is seeking a team member to support food service operations at the Epicenter Food Truck. You will handle payments, prepare sandwiches, maintain cleanliness, and unload supplies while working efficiently in a single-employee setting.

This role requires basic math, food handling skills, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle cash transactions and make change accurately.
• Must follow basic food-handling safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Basic arithmetic skills for patrons’ bills and inventory counts.

Responsabilités

• Collect sales slips, total sales on cash register, accept payment and make change; maintain cash records.
• Prepare sandwiches and box lunches; wash dishes; unload trucks and stock supplies.
• Work safely, handle simple food techniques, serve uniform portions, and manage multiple orders with minimal distraction.
• Receive verbal/written assignments and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
