Sodexo at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen is seeking a Food Supervisor to oversee daily food operations on-site, coordinating service staff across fast casual, coffee/counter, cafeterias, and events. You will support management, train employees, and help ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 1+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight to coordinate routine work activities of service employees in food operations.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service and problem resolution.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time; other duties as assigned by management.
