Sodexo Group at Highsmith-Rainey Memorial Hospital is seeking a Food Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality and safety across fast casual, cafeterias, events, and catering settings.

You will coordinate with management, orient and train employees, and strive for exceptional service while maintaining a safe work environment. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• 1+ years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise food service operations.

Mansioni

• Provide oversight to management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations.
• Ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
