Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations at our Vancouver site, coordinating routine work activities for service staff across fast casual, coffee, cafeterias, events, and banquets.

You will work under management direction on-site to ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, and you’ll help schedule, train, and monitor staff while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience; prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and is on schedule with reliable regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client needs.
