Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor at GRACELAND UNIVERSITY to oversee daily food service operations, coordinate shift coverage, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction. The role supports on-site management across fast casual, cafeterias, events, and dining operations in a dynamic campus setting.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of related work experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong teamwork, and a commitment to a safe, engaging work environment; full-time or part-time

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business

• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Food Supervisor

Location: GRACELAND UNIVERSITY - 48760001

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Range: $18 per hour - $22 per hour

What You'll Do:

As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.
