Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking a Food Supervisor to oversee on-site food service operations at Grambling State University. You will coordinate daily activities of service staff across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes, reporting to management.

The role requires 1+ years of related experience, supervisory exposure preferred, and a commitment to a safe, customer-focused environment with flexible shifts. Full-time position based on campus location.

Pay Range: $16 - $19

What You’ll Do:As a Food Supervisor at SodexoMagic, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
