Job description

Location: MYMICHIGAN MEDICAL CENTER - 61691001

Workdays/Shifts: Afternoon/evenings - varying days, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full‑time

Pay Range: $21 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality‑of‑life improver. You will provide oversight at the direction of management on‑site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
