Overview

Schedule: Part Time - Rotating shifts, including every other weekend & rotating holidays

Prepares, plates, serves, and transports food and supplies to ensure high satisfaction for a diverse customer base, including patients, family members, physicians, employees, and the public. Responsible for quick, accurate, and courteous service, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining sanitation, cleaning, and infection control practices to ensure food safety. Operates various food service and computer equipment.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • No experience required.
  • Knowledge of basic food safety, infection control, and sanitation. Serve Safe training may be required depending on location. ISDOH certification of Food Handler under Title 410 IAC 7-22 may be required at some locations.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with the CBORD system are preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and perform lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and kneeling.
