Summary
Supervises daily staff activities for the Food Services department.
Responsibilities
Ensures staff compliance with all regulatory food and employee safety, sanitation requirements, HACCP guidelines, and departmental policies.Coordinates and supervises staffing assignments based on daily volumes.Performs staff responsibilities to fulfill departmental needs, when necessary.Handles and resolves complex issues and complaints to enhance employee and patient satisfaction.Provides leadership, orientation, training, mentoring and coaching to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.Assists leadership with planning, coordinating, and performing various duties.
