Job description

Performs a variety of tasks associated with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage. Ensures all products are rotated according to FIFO standards and are within expiration dates. Assists with special functions as needed. Maintains disaster supplies at specified levels at all times and ensures proper rotation and expiration of all products. Operates the designated Food Service Van to pick up orders from Sysco, deliver stock to offsite PIH locations, and deliver products to Jazzman’s Café.
