The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food and meal preparation, maintain cash receipts and meal records, and help complete daily reports. The role requires maintaining high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Verify transactions and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure proper storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to schedules and policies.
• Care for kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Prepare various food items, beverages, and add garnishments for presentation.
• Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and cooking equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to uniform and safety policies, including PPE usage.
• Coordinate daily with the manager to understand menu requirements.
• Supervise food temperature and storage.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including general kitchen maintenance.

Qualifications
