Job Description

The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation, maintain cash receipts and meal records, and help complete daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

Long Description

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $15.50.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Complete daily transaction reports.
• Ensure proper storage of food in sanitary conditions.
• Serve food according to schedules and policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Prepare various food items, beverages, and garnishments.
• Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Adhere to uniform and safety policies.
• Coordinate with the manager to prepare the menu.
• Supervise food temperature requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
