Job Details

1. Shifts can start as early as 5:30am and end as late as 8:45pm.
2. Will be cross-trained to be scheduled in various assignments.
3. Weekends and some holidays required.
4. Assembles food: Patient Trays, Individual Portions, and Food Displays in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Stocks food and supplies.
5. Completes ware-washing/sanitizing of dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, and pans.
6. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen and service work areas, serving areas, and equipment. Removes garbage, trash, and grease from department areas.
7. Maintains regular, punctual attendance. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and staff consistent with the hospital's core values.

Job Description

Educational/Training Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, or 3 years' experience.

Must be able to read, write, and comprehend written assignments.

Experience Requirements: 1-3 years of previous food service experience.
