Job summary

Qualifications

• Food service knowledge and sanitation practices.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to perform quickly and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal and serving according to schedules.
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner; follow hygiene standards.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and uniform policy.
• Connect with the Manager daily to understand and prepare the menu for the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Follow procedures for cleanliness, sweeping, mopping, and ware washing.
