Job summary

Spring Valley Hospital, part of The Valley Health System in Las Vegas, is seeking a dietary services worker to prepare patient trays and deliver meals to patients to ensure quality nutrition and service.

Previous food service experience is preferred, and the role requires reading, writing, and speaking English. A valid Food Handler Safety Training Card is required by the Southern Nevada Health District.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

• Knowledge of proper food preparation, handling and storage.
