Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing hot and cold foods, ensuring proper storage according to temperature and spoilage guidelines.
2. Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
3. Interact with guests in serving, retail, and dining areas, following proper guest service procedures such as smiling, eye contact, and greeting.
4. Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment following all safety and regulatory standards.
5. Maintain a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Requirements

• Previous food service experience is preferred.
