Food Service Worker, Part-time; M-F Day shift

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Food Service Worker, Part-time at one of our dining accounts in Chillicothe, OH. This position works Monday through Friday, during daytime hours.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing hot and cold foods, properly store food, and monitor temperature requirements to prevent spoilage.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
• Interact with guests in serving, retail, and dining areas, following proper guest service procedures by smiling, making eye contact, and greeting guests.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment according to all client and regulatory rules.
• Maintain a fast pace and multitask efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic.
• Effective communication with team members and other departments, demonstrating professionalism and respect.
• Maintain professional relationships with team members, vendors, supervisors, managers, customers, and clients.
