• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Transport food to and from work stations following safety standards.
• Store food properly with correct wrapping, dating, and rotation.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and utensils.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portioning.
• Serve customers courteously following service steps.
• Resolve customer concerns and inform supervisors.
• Follow sanitation and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
