Performs a variety of tasks in the handling, preparing and serving of food; putting food orders away, preparing sandwiches, salads, cupping fruit and other food items and parts of the meals. Serving food; keeping station clean and organized, serve appropriate portions, keeping food stocked during service times. Cleaning; keeping work station clean, cleaning equipment, doing dishes, washing pots and pans, cleaning tables after service, using dish machines where available, sweeping floor. Any other food service related tasks as determined by the cafeteria lead.
Hours 9:30-1:30 with 1/2 hour unpaid break.

Currently, the Kennedy School maintains an enrollment of approximately six hundred students, Preschool through grade 6, enrolled in thirty-seven classrooms, nine of which serve students with special needs. The Kennedy program serves the language needs of Chinese students throughout the town with a program of language assistance for English Language Learners. Two full-time and one part-time Title 1 teachers provide small group language.
