We are hiring immediately for a part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

• Location: Merck Elkton Cafe - 2778 S East Side Highway, Elkton, VA 22827. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Must be able to walk distances and up and down stairs constantly.

• Performs prep work like washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food safely.
• Stores food following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and utensils.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serves customers courteously and efficiently.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory, and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
