Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a part-time Food Service Worker position.

• Location: St John's Herr Estates - 200 Luther Lane, Columbia, PA 17512
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday - Friday, hours may vary. Must be able to work every other weekend. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Some food service experience required.
• Pay Range: $13.50 to $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Stores food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and equipment.
• Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper serving temperatures.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisors.
• Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash procedures.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
