Job Summary

Responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed.

Essential Duties

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
3. Transport food to and from work stations following safety standards.
4. Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Use approved recipes to ensure quality and proper serving temperatures.
8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
9. Resolve customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
10. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
