Food Service Worker, On-call/Call-in (Beachwood City Schools)

Position Details

This is an on-call/call-in as needed Food Service Worker position working when staff is needed. It offers a flexible schedule with day shifts Monday - Friday, and pays $15.00/hr. This role is an excellent way to earn extra money and serve as a substitute foodservice worker for the schools.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Encourage good customer relations through product promotion and a positive attitude.
  2. Deliver food and paper goods to multiple buildings on time.
  3. Be accountable for all company products from loading to delivery.
  4. Discard food and beverages in accordance with AVI policy.
  5. Complete all required paperwork promptly.
  6. Keep company vehicle clean and report safety concerns or vehicle issues.
  7. Follow proper receiving procedures.
  8. Communicate any issues or concerns to management.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License (CDL not required) and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Be organized and analytical.
