Job description

Performs a variety of tasks with multiple steps or sequences in a kitchen or dining area, following established procedures.

Responsibilities include:

1. Breaking down and cleaning tables and areas after meals, and returning dishes and food to the kitchen.
2. Assembling or tossing fresh fruit and green salads in large quantities using prepared dressings, and portioning into standard serving sizes.
3. Cleaning exhaust vents, hoods, windows, ceilings, walls, and sanitizing trash cans; disposing of trash properly.
4. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Wage range: $19.15 - $21.45
