Responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks in a kitchen or dining area, following established procedures. Tasks involve setting up cafeteria lines, steam tables, dining tables, and side service stands with hot and cold food items such as meats, vegetables, salads, desserts, bread, butter, and beverages; replenishing items as necessary. The role also includes breaking down and cleaning tables and areas after meals, returning dishes and food to the kitchen, cleaning exhaust vents, hoods, windows, ceilings, walls, and sanitizing trash cans, along with disposing of trash. May also involve unloading and storing food from delivery trucks.

Salary range: 17.7 - 20.65.
